Commies, pinkos; lefties, revolutionists, anarchists and one of my favorites – radical progressives. If you feel you’ve been “Blacklisted” in America, join the trodden… Maybe they think you’re a “pinko?”
When I was first born here in the US it was pitched as “The Land of the Free” but some are presumed innocent only when they can prove it… That’s also what I learned through grade school and on. You try and then suddenly you’re frozen by a cold hard realization. When all I know is what I see, what does it mean to really be free? Is there freedom in the fabeled promise beyond the promise ifself? I know that here in America there are always those proclaiming freedom’s existence!
Like all throughout history; at the end of long arduous journeys many made it here seeking to live happily ever after. Finding their ways to the main population centers is where we begin bypassing all the drudgeries. Here I’ll ask; do you think they found the same freedom as those favored enjoy? Without the stars alligning, for many of the “work hard, move up” meritocracy dreamers it’s an enduring fairytale. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m speaking in generalities; different classes live in different realities. A non-apoligetic rejection of differences or universal freedom is a faux-meritocratic delusion. The ENTs (entitled) are the pre-DEI and their replacements too - sort of like the song remains the same… Do you suppose they were the first to discover these shades of humanity?

What they adopted wasn’t a sudden appearence, it was here the whole time. Even before anyone got here it was intrinsic to the new arrivals. “Blacklisting” stems from a systemic undercurrent of the darker side of the natural human psyche. Resistance to newcomers seeking happiness and freedom or freethinkers stirs a seething resentment amongst certain populations. Some might choose any number of completely benign lifestyle avenues to pursue… Like me choosing creative media related art i.e. music or freelance writing, etc… But none of us chose our god given right to think free and but which of us get to enjoy that unfettered freedom? Being different is normal but offensive to some others here in the US who feel a certain level of entitlement. And to some that thought burns inside; somehow feeling a personal infringment upon their sovereignty.
That’s how blacklisting starts, entrenched cultural transference, where non assimilated differences of freeethinkers are afronts. Excluding certain segments but certainly not the unacceptable outsiders. Tolerances are made for some small quarters; like hereditary subcultural miscelaneous remnants… The psychology of resentment is natural, triggered by jealousy, envy, bitterness, anger, unfairness. Some people just aren’t joyful for your happiness as much as they feel oddly betrayed by it. So vengence is mine sayeth – all part of the promissed land. Yes, the seeds are sown for plotting and scheming.
Resentment sometimes breeds an ill-advised sense of duty to hinder your ability to live peacefully. I can’t tell you who’s doing it to you or why but for me - I figured out the who but not why to this day. Like many of you there is no real reason that makes any sense. Mine started in many situations during stranger interactions either random people I met or through friends. An evolving theory I’ve always had was being targeted for experimentation or training, you know, multipurpose guinea pigging… In other countries or times: subjects are openly chosen from the populations by force, here it’s mostly all “illegal covert operations.” Like theatre - testing dews; radiation, microwaves or chemical additives; food, medicines, water, air, same ol’, different cover stories…
It happened at shows or events with strangers parroting things from recent private conversations they couldn’t possibly know. Realizing it was happening too frequently for coincidence I immediately suspected listening devices - meaning law enforcement involvement. I’m not a criminal other than maybe traffic infractions or getting high at clubs in the past; being a musician and all.
Running my own business allowed me control over my daily environment – still they tried to interfere. The hardest part was doing something about it. The only difference is the weight of your words, the breadth of your quake and your focus. How much noise your presence makes is more than just words though, it’s your essence. Yes, sometimes the presence of your existence speaks louder than words and preferably precedes you. Everything you do is compounded by the gravity of who you are. This all helps for you to be taken serious by people that matter when the time comes. Making big noise can mean big problems for those wanting to keep everything quiet.
To summarize you can surmonize till you’re blue and some people will never read, listen, understand or get it because they can’t. Others will never get results cause they’re incapable so you can only affect those you can if that’s important to you. I learned a while ago that the drama of chaos to some is the goal not the salutions. So sometimes saving ourselves has to be its own reward because sometimes solutions aren't the answers people are seeking….

Blacklisting can take on many different forms for many different occasions like your work; interfereing with it, keeping you from getting it – promotions, advancing... Lying about you, making up things about you, disparaging your work, badmouthing… Secretly sabotaging is one reason you don’t get in to certain things; clubs, clicks, companies, jobs, organizations, groups… Use your imagination to extend this to other aspects or situations of your life.
